Johnson: Promotion is Still Possible

Gary Johnson insists that Bristol City can still achieve promotion to the Premiership despite watching The Robins draw their fourth game in eight outings on Saturday.

City's goalless draw at home to Wolves combined with Stoke's late win at Coventry saw the Ashton Gate outfit slip to third in the table.

But speaking to the Bristol Evening Post, Johnson revealed that a win at The Britania Stadium in next week's top-of-the-table clash would give everyone at the club a massive lift:

'It's fair at this stage of the season to describe the Stoke game as must-win,' he said.

'We can't go there thinking it will be OK to pick up a point, because that won't be enough.

'But that's nothing unexpected. I always thought we would have to go there and win. I've said all along it will go down to the last game or two and we know what we have to do next week. We have to go to Stoke and win.'

Should be an interesting run in for the season, still can't say who will pick up the title, nice to see no runaway leaders, more variety than the Prem that is for sure!
The Fear
Agree with 'The Fear', very interesting at the top and bottom! Any team out of five can win it!

... Bristol have been on a bad run, but are still in there!
