Doc's Return.

Doc's Return.

Former City favourite, Tommy Doherty, could be in line for a playing return to Ashton Gate. Much to the dismay of many City supporters Tommy left the club last summer to join Queens Park Rangers. However after a bright start at the Championship outfit, Tommy's appearences have been restricted by injuries and suspensions. Now, following the departure of the manager who signed him,Ian Holloway, Tommy appears to be down the pecking order at the Loftus Road Club and he has been allowed to join strugggling Yeovil Town on a month's loan.
Yeovil's match at Ashton Gate falls just 24 hours prior to Tommy's scheduled return to QPR and, if he is selected to play, he can be assured of a welcome that will be warm in all senses of the word.
