Cotts A Doubt As Worries Ease

Welsh starlet David Cotterill is the latest City player to go down with the vomiting virus that has swept through the Club.

The Club's exclusion policy seems to have been, at least, partially successful, however and manager Gary Johnson should have most of the victims back in contention for places for Friday nights trip to Milton Keynes Dons.

Meanwhile City's prospects of first division survival improved last evening without City kicking a ball, as
local rivals in the relegation dog fight, Swindon Town and Yeovil Town, failed to take advantage of home games in hand.

A Terry Skiverton header was not enough to save Yeovil from a 2-1 home defeat by Brentford, while Swindon slumped to their third consecutive defeat when losing by a similar score to Tranmere Rovers at the County Ground.
Former Rovers' favourite Jamie Cureton was again on target for the Moonrakers.
