Jamie McCombe was injured in the home draw with Derby County, only City's second game of the season. He suffered a fractured cheekbone and althugh not ready for a full return he is back in full time training.

Christian Ribeiro remains City's only long term injury with Nicky Maynard, Michael McIndoe, Louis Carey and Marvin Elliott all in full training and available fr Saturday. Steve Brooker had a scan on his achilles tendon injury and will be back in action soon meaning that City have nearly a full squad to choose from for the trip to Bramall Lane.

Good to hear that Jamie McCombe is back in training for you. I have followed his career, which is going strong, ever since he left Lincoln City.
