JOHNSON LOOKING FOR NEW STRIKER

Bristol City boss Gary Johnson is still on the lookout for another striker, but he doesn`t want to rush into things and make a panic buy that he may regret later in the season.

Johnson has already landed Danny Hayes from Ipswich in the summer, but there is always room for another striker, especially with Dele Adebola going north to Nottingham Forest.

Johnson told the Bristol Evening Post: 'We have not shelved our plans to bring one in and we are always looking.

'But I don't want to bring one in for the sake of it and I have to be careful that any signing I make is the right one.'
