'If It's Football, It's Vital'

McIndoe Spouting His Usual Crap Again!

Michael McIndoe has opened his gob again today, this time to the local Coventry rag about Bristol City's visit to the Ricoh this weekend.

McIndoe has a history of sniping at former clubs through the press, occasionally even using the media to have a pop at his current club.

The lazy Scot, who played more narrow than any other winger ever has in his time at Ashton Gate, moved to the Sky Blues in the summer and is relishing locking horns with the Robins on Saturday.

"It`s a big game for me and I always enjoy pitting my wits against my old teams,' he told the Coventry Telegraph.

"I have scored a lot of goals against previous clubs in the past and hopefully the same will go for Saturday.

"I have played for eight or nine clubs now and I have never had a good reception yet.

'Sometimes if you get a bit of rough deal it`s OK because I like having a bit of banter because it adds to the occasion,"
he said.

When a player has had that many clubs at the age of 29, it shows he is one for resting on his laurels once his feet are under the table and that he would rather chase a fat signing on fee than knuckle down properly, which probably goes a long way to why former fans chuck stick his way.

I'm sure the travelling Red Army will be no different on Saturday!

I sense a little resentment... :P

No resentment about his move, Boxer. In fact, I'd have driven him up there myself for his bone idle performances and mouthing off to the press about us last season!
