Skeletor To Suffer Stick

Skeletor To Suffer Stick

Ian Holloway returns to his home town tonight for the first time in two years and City manager Gary Johnson is backing the fans to give him a right proper roasting!

Skullhead Holloway brings his in-form Blackpool team to Bristol's number one club tonight hoping to replicate the 2-0 win he had with Leicester two years ago.

The rat-faced Gashead's past antics with the Blue Few north of the river have made him a target of abuse from the City support and Johnson expects it to be no different tonight.

"It will be a good atmosphere because obviously Ian used to manage the team over the road," Johnson told the PFA.

"It is a bit of a given that he will get a bit of stick but I don`t think the fans hate him as much as they dislike Neil Warnock. I don`t mind them both because their antics make me laugh.

"The important thing for us is to concentrate on what happens on the pitch and not what goes on around the periphery."

City need to get back to winning ways tonight after four poor, winless performances on the spin.
