'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Zider Army To Invade West Brom!

City's Zider Army will be descending on mass for this weekend's clash with West Brom at the Hawthorns.

The Championship resumes on Saturday after a two-week international break with seventh placed City travelling to the Baggies in second spot.

All of the allocation have been snapped up by fans anticipating a three-pointer, a fact Gary Johnson is well aware of.

"It's fantastic news that so many are going," Johnson told the Bristol Evening Post.

"We took the same number to Newcastle last month and they were magnificent.

"As a club, we respect the efforts they make to follow us up and down the country. It's one of our more local games, but travelling is not always easy and I'd like to thank all of those who are taking the time to back us."

City go into the game five points off the Baggies but trail third-placed Cardiff by only a point.

It should be fun on saturday watching '3,000' Bristol City fans trying to get in 2,700 seats .Looks like some may have to sit on laps.

Good to see the pedants are alive and well in the West Mids

Good to see humour still isn't alive and well in the West Country.
