Cup Draw Serves Up A Severnside Derby

City have been drawn at home to face Severnside scumbags Cardiff in the the FA Cup Third Round this year.

The tie will take place at Ashton Gate on the weekend of the 2nd January 2010 and can expect to be moved to an earlier kick-off on Police advice.

Much of the conjecture will surround whether or not the Welsh are subjected to 'bubble trip' conditions, with rumours abound that Avon & Somerset Police were considering ditching it for the league meeting on 26th January next year.

The sides met in the Championship at Cardiff's new Lego-Brick Stadium back in August and City will no doubt be looking for revenge after being soundly beaten 3-0 that day.
