Flynn Predicts Big Things

Welsh U-21 manager Brian Flynn believes Dave Cotterill will have a fine international career for Wales.

City's teenage star isn't even 19 until next month but is already making a name for himself, most recently scoring in the 3-3 draw against Cyprus.

'Two pieces of individual skill got us fine goals. Andrew Crofts did superbly to create the space for a cross that Mark Jones finished superbly.

'But I was really impressed with Cotterill all night and he scored a really good effort. There is no doubt all three of them will progress to the senior squad, and Cotterill could be around for many years,' said Flynn.
