Orr Leaves For Loftus Road

Bristol City defender Bradley Orr has signed for Championship rivals Queens Park Rangers.

The 27-year-old right-back joins the Loftus Road outfit on a four-year deal with only a year to run on his current City contract for a fee in the region of 650,000.

Orr told qpr.co.uk: "It's a great relief to be here, because I've wanted this move ever since I became aware of QPR's interest some time ago.

"It was an easy decision to make and I've got a great feeling about QPR and the ambition that is here to achieve things.

"My number one aim is to achieve my lifetime ambition of playing Premier League football and I genuinely believe I can do that here.

"The whole place is geared up for success. The Manager, the players, the staff - it's a Club on the up as far as I'm concerned."


The scouser joined City from Newcastle in the summer of 2004 and made almost 250 appearances.

He's over-rated in my opinion as well. Good servant to BCFC though
