Millen: 'It'll Take Hard Work.'

City boss Keith Millen has warned there is no quick fix in Bristol City's battle against relegation from the Championship.

The Robins remain in the bottom three, despite two wins and two draws from their last four matches.

And Millen admits that it will take time for his team to pull away from trouble."We are not going to get out of trouble immediately. It is not something that is going to just happen over the next couple of games," said Millen.

"It is going to take time and people have to be patient. More importantly, the players have to be up to scratch every week and remember what it is that has helped us go four games unbeaten.

"There is no quick fix and it is going to take a lot of hard work over a long period of time. That is why we have set ourselves long-term targets."
