'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Rose ruled out for two weeks

Bristol City have been dealt a blow with the news that on loan Tottenham winger Danny Rose will be unavailable for at least a further two weeks.

Rose picked up a hamstring injury just before Christmas and has been recuperating back at his parent club.

Keith Millen told the club's official website: "Danny hasn't required any injections or surgery, but they are being careful with him.

"If they don't treat it right then it might flare up again. He's clearly got a problem and we have to be guided by our medical team and the Tottenham medical team.

"We are looking at a couple of weeks still. If it does flare up again then the worst-case scenario is surgery and we don't want to have to go down that route."
