Rovers to Tempt Maynard Once More

Reports have it that Premier League club Blackburn Rovers remain interested in Bristol City striker Nicky Maynard.

The Daily Mail says that the Ewood Park outfit held talks with City with a view to taking the striker up North.

But in the end Rovers laid out the asking price of 6.5million on Yakubu and Jordan Slew

However, Kean remains very interested and is said to be preparing another go for Maynard in January.
