'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Skuse Wants To Heat Up Atmosphere

Cole Skuse says that it is up to himself and the other players in City`s team to help make a decent atmosphere at Ashton Gate.

The crowd are not getting behind the team and without a win at home so far this season, its not hard to see why it is hard for the crowd to get motivated.

But midfielder Skuse insists it is up to the players to liven up supporters with n exciting display of football when they take on Hull City on Saturday.

He Told the Bristol Evening Post: "We cannot complain about the atmosphere being poor or the crowd quiet if we are not doing the business on the pitch.

"It`s not a case of the fans having to get us going, more a case of us giving them something to make a noise about.

"We have to be bold and positive and lead the way. If they see that, then they will get behind us and we will create the kind of atmosphere we want at Ashton Gate."
