'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Campbell-Ryce Gets A Deal At Notts County

Jamal Campbell-Ryce has a new club after signing for Notts County.

The 29 year old was released by City at the end of last season, a season which he spent a lot of time at Leyton Orient on loan.

He had been at Ashton Gate for two years and now goes to Meadow Lane, also on a two year contract.

'I had one or two other clubs that I was talking to, but Keith Curle seemed like the most enthusiastic and he instilled a lot of confidence in me, so that went a long way,' he told ncfc.com.

'He just said he wants me to play with a freedom and enjoy my football and obviously work hard when we haven't got the ball, which is obviously standard.
