Bristol City boss Derek McInnes reckons that Leicester City would be a good bet for promotion this season after watching them beat his side 2-0 at the King Power Stadium.
A goal from David Nugent opened the scoring in the first half and from then on it was just a question of when the second goal would come.
The goal did come with 15 minutes left but it was a little unlucky for the visitors in that Richard Foster ended up bundling the ball over the line from an Andy King cross.
The Robin's weren't up for much, but you cannot take anything away from Leicester who looked the most likely to win the game right from the start, giving them a fifth victory in a row.
And although McInnes wasn't completely happy with his side's performance, he did have to concede that they had lost out to a better side.
'I felt we were always in the game but their second came just as the home crowd had quietened down. I think we've seen the team that will be in the Premier League next season. We had to change our shape to cope with them,' said McInnes to the Press Association.
'We would have expected them to work harder for their goals though. We didn't carve any clear-cut chances either. The players worked hard and I couldn't fault that. We made them work at 1-0 and were in the game until their second. We're not the perfect team but we'll always be competitive. We went toe to toe with a very good side. We know we can improve.'
