'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Skuse Speaks Up

Cole Skuse insists that there will be no repeat of the panicking that City went through last season when then got near the bottom of the table happening again.

The midfielder says that the players are not going to let themselves get negative, even though they have now sunk to just one place above the relegation zone after such a bright start to the season.

Last season City had a rough time of things at the bottom of the league and fans won't be happy seeing the team slip to their lowly position in the league, given that it was touch and go as to whether City would stay up last term.

Skuse does admit that he and his team mates have got to turn things around and hope that it can come at home to Burnley tonight.

He told the Bristol Evening post: 'This is not a case of here we go again. It may appear that way to people outside of the club, but I can assure you things are very different to this time last year.

'Back then we were bottom of the table and struggling. We were being pumped three, four and five in some games and were struggling to compete.

'That is certainly not the case this season.'
