McInnes Again Points Finger At The Defence

McInnes Again Points Finger At The Defence

Its fast becoming a regular thing after City have played, the manager Derek Innes saying that the side has got to stop conceding so many goals.

Recent results tell us that already but the man at the helm has yet to find a cure for it, meanwhile the side have now lost four games on the bounce and let in 17 goals while going about it.

Meanwhile, patience is running out amongst some of the fans who put up with the same last season.

With the season starting pretty well, McInnes knows he has to somehow stop this alarming slump that has put the side in the relegation zone.

He told Sky Sports: 'We're on a poor run but we've been here before and we've worked our way out of it. We have to do that again.

'We've shown we can score goals this season. We have to stop shipping goals. It's all about trying to improve our situation. The players are working hard and we've got to get behind them to help halt the slide we are on. We need a run ourselves.

'There's no magic cure, we just have to keep working hard to get through this period.'

Does anyone believe that he can get us out of this mess now, I know he did it last season but I fear not this time
