Bristol City boss Derek McInnes knows that his side have their work cut out on Saturday when they take on Blackpool and a lot of that work will go into trying to stop goalscoring sensation Thomas Ince.
The 20 year old winger has netted nine goals in 14 appearances so far this season and if he can manage another against City, it will be four on the bounce.
Son of former Manchester United and England star Paul, the youngster is fast making a name for himself in Lancashire, the crowd love him and he is not shy of creating a goal or two with his exciting wide play.
Many will believe that Ashton Gate is an ideal place to pick up more goals to add to his tally as City have now lost seven games on the bounce and sit rock bottom of the Championship.
McInnes told Sky Sports: 'Thomas is a very good player and they've done well to hold on to him. He is getting better and better each week and he is showing that if he gets enough of the ball he can really punish you whether setting up goals or scoring them himself.
'He is a wide player who chips in with a lot of goals himself and his career is only going one way.
And McInnes also knows there are others in the Blackpool side who can do a lot of damage to City as well as Ince.
He continued: 'But it would be wrong to just concentrate just on him. We have to watch him and do the right things when we come up against him but they have got other players who can cause you problems.'
