McInnes Wants Improvement At Home

Derek McInnes believes that the visit of Wolves can bring about Bristol City's first home win in three month at Ashton Gate on Saturday.

To say the Robins are struggling at home is a bit of an understatement, you have to go back until the end of August to see when they last won at home, that was a 4-2 win over now high flying Cardiff City.

McInnes knows that there have to be big improvements in the side if they are to grab that all important win and try and clime away from the relegation zone.

And he feels that his side are good enough to roll up their sleeves and begin the journey up the table starting tomorrow.

The City boss said to the Bristol Evening Post: 'I feel we have overcome a bit of a barrier, but, for that to continue, we need to maintain the level of performance we have shown over the last three games.

'I feel we are going in the right direction again. I believe we are good enough and the players will expect to win the game on Saturday.

'Wolves will be eager to put things right, but they are certainly coming here not in the best of form.'
