Forest Come To City Without A Manager

Just a matter of days before Nottingham Forest visit Ashton Gate, they find themselves looking for a new manager after Alex McLeish quit earlier today.

Of course this could work either in City's favour or then again it could cause the Robins real problems. If McLeish was not greatly liked by the players they could be boosted by his departure, of maybe the upheaval and change could disrupt their preparation for the game on Saturday.

Its speculated that McLeish was not happy at the interference he got from the club's owners while trying to run things, he was also frustrated at missing out on transfer targets on deadline day.

Hopefully, while it's not nice to see anyone lose their job under such circumstances, it will give City manager Sean O'Driscoll knowledge that things have not changed too much at Forest from the time when he was sacked by the club after just five months.

And that must strengthen City's chances of a win.

I'm not so sure it will help, how many times do you see a team improve when they have just lost the manager?
old grandad
Well Adkins is the favourite to get the job and second favourite is Roy Keane and you cant see anyone poking their noses into his business
