'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Adomah Is The Key Factor

Bristol City striker Sam Baldock believes that the key to City staying up this season will be the form of Albert Adomah.

It was rumoured that Adomah would be sold during the January transfer window, but deadline day past and he remained at Ashton Gate.

The 25 year old is currently away playing for his country in the African Nations Cup, but when he returns he will have a major impact on the squad.

Baldock told the Bristol Evening Post. 'He could give us that edge and spark we need.

'Albert is an important player for us. Of course, you have to be organised, keep clean sheets and be hard to play against, but you also need to get forward and create opportunities to score goals.

'With his pace, Albert is a great goal threat for us and a great outlet. Having a player like that on board helps the entire squad.'
