Ex-City Striker Joins Terriers

Jon Stead has rejoined Huddersfield Town.

Stead was released by Bristol City at the end of last season after spending three years with the club.

He joins the Terriers again ten years after he left to join Blackburn Rovers, he has signed a two year long contract and the club have the option of another twelve months.

Town manager Mark Robins told Sky Sports News: 'Jon's arrival is a step forward for the club ahead of the new Championship season, as we put together our strikers.
