Grigg Staying Put Say Brentford.

Grigg Staying Put Say Brentford.

Brentford have dismissed talk of striker Will Grigg making a move to Bristol City.

There have been reports that the Robins have been interested in the Northern Ireland international, but despite the player only netting five times from 36 appearances last term, the Bee's say he is a big part of their plans for the future.

The striker has another two years to run on his current contract.

Bees sporting director Frank McParland said: 'We have received no contact from anyone regarding Will Grigg.

'He's a big part of our plans for next season. We need good players who can score goals.

'The club invested a lot in Will and he's still under contract for another two years.'
