Ayling Set To Make Robins Switch

Yeovil defender Luke Ayling looks set to make the short move to Ashton Gate.

The move will be on a free transfer but it will still be the subject of a tribunal according to the BBC.

After four years with the Glovers, Ayling has decided that he is not going to sign a new contract, mainly due to the club's relegation at the end of last season.

But as the player is not yet 24, an amount of compensation must be paid to Yeovil and that will be set by tribunal.

Ayling will become Steve Cotterill's seventh new signing of the summer as he looks to build a side capable of winning promotion this coming season.

Good signing, Cotterill is doing well, no doubt about it.
