Unchanged team To face Saddlers ?

Goalkeeper Adriano Basso seems likely to be passed fit to face Walsall at Ashton Gate this afternoon (3.00pm.)
Despite a number of minor knocks suffered in the hard fought draw at Yeovil on Saturday, manager Gary Johnson is hopeful that he may be able to name an unchanged side for the fifth successive match.A win this afternoon is certainly no formality but, if accomplished, will complete a successful Christmas period for the Robins.
Walsall await fitness checks on top scorer Matt Fryer and ex Chippenham striker James Constable, a one time City target. James was the scorer of both goals in Walsall's 2-0 home win over Blackpool on Saturday.
Meanwhile the transfer window is now open and Gary Johnson hopes to bring in a couple of players in the 12 day break after today's fixture. Don't be surprised, however, if more players join Michael Bridges and Scott Goldbourne in moving to pastures new.
Cheltenham Town are certainly hopeful that City will allow ex-Liverpool man Steve Gillespie to join them on a permanent basis.
