In view of his performances whilst on loan, I am sure most City fans are delighted to hear that David Noble has put pen to paper on a permanent 30 month deal.
The former West Ham starlet has signed from Boston United who he joined at the end of the 2003/04 season.
Meanwhile defender Marc Joseph has returned to Hull City at the end of his loan period, after mamager Gary Johnson decided not to offer him a permanent contract.
A reserve friendly against Team Bath will take place today, giving Gary the chance to run the rule over a couple of triallists, one of whom is rumoured to be a 6'8' Portuguese defender !!
I understand that there has been no official interest yet in City's transfer listed Smith Boys, Jamie and Grant. However it is rumoured that Swindon would not be adverse to welcoming Grant back to the County Ground.
