'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Ivan signs for City

Sproule today completed a medical and agreed personal terms with City. The winger is relishing the prospect of playing in the English Championship.

'This is a big step up for me and I need to build myself a new reputation. It's a good league in Scotland but it is an even stronger one, in my oppinion, down here.' Sproule told bcfc.co.uk

The winger who is renowned for his ligtening pace and quick feet told bcfc.co.uk 'Gary (Johnson) was a big factor in his decision to move down here.'

The Northern Irish international is hoping playing in the Championship will help him break back into the Northern Ireland squad.

I for one am pleased with this signing as feel Betsy will not be up to standard.

Well Done Johnson!
