'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Johnson Looks To Window As Warning

Manager Gary Johnson has said there is still time for all current players to cement a long term future at the club, but he is more than happy to ring changes in the January window.

The warning comes days after the 4-3 defeat to Oldham and Johnson is looking for an immediate return from the current crop of players over the next few matches.

Talking to the official site he said:

'we have to give more opportunities to the player here. They are a bit up and down at the moment, with some more down than up.

'IF I give them stick privately or publicly it is with a view to making them stronger characters and better players. I am trying to help them prove they want to be part of the future of this football club.

'Now is the time for each of them to show that before it is too late. If they do they will stay in the side. It's as simple as that.
