Michael McIndoe Thrilled!

Bristol City's Michael McIndoe says he's thrilled to be joint top of the Championship as he looks ahead to Saturday's FA Cup clash with Middlesbrough.

'Every week people say they are surprised to see us so high up the table and that’s a good thing for us. We don't want to think about people's expectations, we just want to get on with it, keep our heads down and do the job. We won't be getting complacent either. Remember that Cardiff were top of the table at Christmas last year and they didn't even end up finishing in the top six. We're very much aware that there's still a lot of hard work to be done. Saying that, we have lost the least amount of games of any team in the Championship so we are obviously doing something okay!'

'There are plenty of reasons to feel positive about playing Boro. Last year the boys did well against them in the FA Cup, they drew with them 2-2 at home and then lost on pens up at The Riverside. We are a lot stronger this year so it should match up for a good game of football.'
