Showunmi Staying At The Gate

Enoch Showunmi has turned down the chance to move to League one side Leeds United.

Bristol City and Leeds had agreed a fee for the striker, but Enoch has decided to stay at Bristol City and fight for a first team place. Showunmi has scored 13 times for City in 44 appearances since his move to Ashton Gate from Luton in the summer of 2006.

It is yet unclear if this means Johnson will still be able to strengthen his side.
