Adebola Scores On Home Debut

Dele Adebola got off to a dream start on his home debut scoring just seven minutes into the game to help City maintain their promotion push.

Gary Johnson recalled captain Louis Carey to the starting line up replacing Tamas Vasko, Ivan Sproule was also recalled, while Darren Byefield dropped to the Bench.

City took the lead early on as Dele Adebola calmly slotted home from 18 yards out to score his City goal.

City looked comfortable from then on in, Lee Johnson was back to his best bossing the midfield, while McIndoe was causing Sheffield Wednesday problems every time he got the ball.

City's pressure paid off eleven minutes into the second half, Bradley Orr made it 2-0 after a clever pass from new boy Adebola.

Lee Bullen grabbed an injury time consolation for Wednesday. City stay in third, but are now only one point off top spot.
