City Make O'Donnell Move A Permanent One.
City's official website announced this morning that the 27 year old had put pen to paper on a two and a half year deal after having the keeper at the club on an initial loan deal.
There is no fee for the player up front but there are clauses in his contract that see Wigan taking a fee when certain appearance criteria has been met.
O'Donnell earned his move after impressing interim manager John Pemberton while on an initial short term loan.
The signing also free's up another loan space for City to fill up, with a striker at the top of their list.
